Auto Sizing Pan Detection doesn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range was advertised as having auto-size pan detection, but no matter what size pan you are using, only the smallest induction element is enabled. Pots still boil water quickly, but the heat is uneven and only in the center, making use of a frying pan difficult.

Going on 3 years

Overall, I love all the features of the oven (air fry is great) and how quickly the convection stovetop heats up. It works very well. Some downsides: The front controls are very sensitive, so if you're slightly leaning over the stove to reach the back, you'll push "buttons". The buttons also temporarily stop working when you open the oven door and the heat/steam hits it. Cleaning the panel also pushes the button - overall no longer a fan of the front control panel. Had now for 2 years

I've had this product now for 2 years and think I can give a good review of it. Pros: It's fast. Do not walk away from it or get on your phone, especially on the power mode. Noise level is good with only a very light hum on the highest settings. Easy clean, but beware of scorching or scratching the top, especially with cast iron. Oven works well with both regular bake and convection modes. Temperature is good. No issues to cause a repair or warranty claim. Yet, I strongly advise a warranty...

Nothing but issues

In three years we’ve owned this product we’ve had to have the induction cooktop replaced twice and the convection oven fan motor and fan has to be replaced. I would strongly advise that you not only buy something else but stay away from Frigidaire products altogether.

Not as good as I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to get my convection oven. However, I’ve been disappointed in two things. One is the length of time it takes to heat up the oven. The other is the burners. They all are hotter on the frontside than the backside requiring me to rotate my skillet 180° while cooking.

Not what I thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to get my induction stove with air fryer, but has been disappointed. Heating up the oven whether it’s air fryer, confection, or bake takes too long. Also, each of the burners burn hotter towards the front of the burner than the back. When browning something I always have to rotate the skillet 180° to make it consistent.

very dangerous, it turn on by leaning against it

for me the price was right but I should of spent the extra for the brand that had the dials. This one has push button and every time I cook i lean against the oven button and that comes on when I am using the burners.

Awesome induction surface, average oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The induction cooking surface is awesome. So fast, so responsive. The oven is just average. Convection bake takes longer to bake than regular bake. It bakes evenly though. True convection doesn't take less time like it claims.

Easy to use and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first induction cooktop and it is great. Heats food fast, and cools down very quickly when not in use which is great when kids are around. Super easy to clean. Giving this four stars instead of five because the air fry feature is underwhelming. I have Ninja air fryers for small meals and was hoping to get the same air fried goodness in larger quantities from the oven, but it doesn't come close.

It’s black so fingerprints show. I used the cleaner spray but found it did not remove smudges so I don’t use it. That’s just me though. Change is an adaptation. I do love the stove and everything it can do.

2 months and still not working!!

Purchased 10/2021. Has been working fine until a week before Christmas 2023. Started giving the death code E022! We have the extended warranty with Assurant. Called and made a claim. They promptly sent out a tech in a week. Of course, had to order parts. 2 weeks later, another tech shows up, replaces the 2 induction on top. ($1200 in parts he says that we dont pay), turned on power, same death code. This tech says panel and control board needs replacing and orders the parts. 3 weeks go by and ...

Not heating evenly

We have had the stowe for about 6 months and I can’t believe how unevenly the pans heat up. We have tried several different pans (all of them induction suitable) and only the very middle of the pan is hot. The food towards the edged of the pan is not cooking. The pans are the right size for the ring. Such a disappointment.

Before you spend $1300 DONT

Hello, before you spend the money on this oven realize you may potentially burn your house down. The control panel manages to turn on the stove and turned my stainless steel pan into scorched metal. The stove was purchased in September 2022 so the Warranty is out the door. the stove was off for HOURS and turned itself on at 11 PM. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 250 HOURS OR LESS OF USE AND THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING ALL TOGETHER AFTER BACKING IN THE OVEN. FRON PANEL WENT COMPLETELY BLANK. RESET THE MAIN BREAKER FOR 2 MINS, STILL NOTHING. TURNED OFF OVER NIGHT AND AGAIN NOTHING. REALLY DISAPINTED IN THE ENTIRE PACKAGE, RNAGE, OVEN, MICROWAVE WHICH IS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE DISPLAY ALSO. DISHWASHER, FORTUNATLY SEEMS TO WORK WITHOUT ISSUES!

Nice stove with a couple of quibbles

Just a couple of quibbles - - levelling can be awkward. The back "feet" are not equipped to raise or lower the back of the appliance. Auto sizing does not work

The auto sizing feature does not work properly causing huge temperature gradients between the center and edge of pans. Terrible product. Very disappointed in the brand.

Auto sizing does not work

We regretted buying this as the auto sizing feature does not work properly. It is Impossible to get even temperature distribution for example when using a cast iron pan to make pancakes. Extremely disappointed.
