Freezer Sucks

$800 and the light doesn’t work. Can’t get ahold of Lowe’s on the phone. Have to drive 20 miles to go to the store. Lousy Frigidaire quality. Lousy Lowe’s customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE BEING ABLE TO SEE EVERYTHIND IN THE FREEZER WITHOUT HAVING TO DIG TO THE BOTTOM! SO FAR, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. I WOULD GIVE IT A FIVE STAR RATING, BUT ITS LONGEVITY HAS YET TO BE DETERMINED.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery/set up was easy, the unit started working immediately. I was advised to wipe/wash the inside before use so the smell did not contaminate the food, and that was easy. The shelves adjust and slide in and out easily. I did place plastic bins to keep things organized. The door seal is tight. The unit looks sleek and clean and it is in castors! That was a nice surprise.

Absolutely love by frigidair.

Love the new freezer

Plugged in and go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this new freezer a few weeks. It only took a few hours to get to ideal temperature. I am pleased this unit has an alarm on it if temperature gets too low. Our old freezer didn’t have that and resulted in loss of so much food. These new freezers are wider and seem to hold a lot of food. Love the wire racks.

Stand-up Freezer

Addressing delivery damage

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent purchase of an upright Frigidaire freezer from Lowe's. Most of the appliances in my home are Frigidaire, which led me to choose this unit, and I opted for Lowe's based on negative delivery reviews for other retailers. The freezer arrived yesterday with major damage to the front door, though the rest of the unit was in good condition. WHERE IS THE COMPLETE OWNERS MANUAL WITH THE PRODUCT?

I AM TRYING TO LOWER THE TEMPERATURE ON THE FREEZER. THERE IS NO LACK OF OWNERS MANUAL OR PICTURES ANYWHERE INDICATING KNOBS TO CONTROL TEMPERATURES….WEBSITE IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. YOU SHOULD HAVE A FULL OWNERS MANUAL ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR DOWNLOADING. DONT BE SO CHEAP SO AS TO NOT PROVIDE THE MANUAL AT PURCHASE!
