Not cooling

Description says “garage ready” but that is not the case! Purchased this refrigerator about a year ago for my insulated shop and it won’t keep anything cold. The freezer portion will not go below 42 degrees and the refrigerator portion will not go below 55 degrees. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase any cheap Frigidaire products. Go buy a more reputable brand with better customer service.

Not even a year old and it’s broken. It will not cool or freeze. I’m still waiting to hear from Frigidaire.

Problems straight out the door

Bought a brand new one out the box not cooling lowes so call mgr. Said im stuck with it call corporate and corporate told me to call the mfg call them they will send a tech out which they did and he said he had order a part that's on back order no eta on a brand new unit they told me use a spare refrigerator .

Fridge is a lemon do not buy

Do not buy this fridge!!! It is awful. Bought this on 1-29-2026. It has been repaired 5 times already. It broke again. I called because it’s still under manufacture warranty. They sent a guy out who declined the job saying that he could not get up my road. Which was a lie. I called them back they still won’t honor it. Now they are saying I have to wait for a new repair man to order the part all over again and then they will try to send a different repair company out. I have been without a fridge...

COMPLETE GARBAGE! STAY AWAY!

My recommendation is to not buy ANY Frigidaire or Electrolux appliance! Fridge quit working after a year and a half of VERY LIGHT duty in a seasonal lake house. It probably ran in aggregate less than 60 days over the 1 1/2 years. Purchased an Electrolux dryer several years ago and it lasted about 1 1/2 before the control panel burned out - nice smoke and burnt electric smell in the house. Perfect for Texas Garage

Last 1-1/2 years

I bought this refrigerator for my kitchen in January 2025. The refrigerator stopped working in August 2026. Freezer still works. I would not recommend this product.

Just don't

not even 2 years old, compressor is gone. Had to replace it.

buyer beware

quit working after a year and half. didn't purchase extra warranty so had to buy a new fridge and replace all groceries as well. a costly lesson learned today

I got a lemon

This refrigerator failed after four months. Since then Frigidaire has been very nice and tried to fix it, 4 repairs, and 6 visits. still slowly warms up. They hopefully will replace it this time.

DO NOT BUY-POOR SUPPORT FROM LOWES

My unit went out 1 year and 3 months and Lowe's says they can't do anything about it because it is passed the one year warranty. The manufacturer is impossible to contact and process a claim. My understanding is the product is a bad product from the service repair man

Worst refrigerator every

I bought this refrigerator to replace the previous one in my garage almost one year ago. It has never worked very not once. I have had it serviced and repaired 5 times and every time it’s a temporary fix that may not last a week. Please never buy this Frigidaire freezer top refrigerator garage ready. You will regret it. They won’t replace it. They just keep sending out repair guys to fret and keep it running until the warranty expires. Then you’re really screwed!

Great extra fridge

Very good price & works well. Only complaint is the bending down to reach for items on 2 & 3 rd shelves.

I am very disappointed with this refrigerator. We purchased this small Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe's in May 2025 for use in our basement. Since then, it has required service twice, and now the exact same problem has occurred again. Unfortunately, the previous repairs did not resolve the issue. Perfect size for garage - garage can get up to 100 in summer here but it’s doing fine 1 year in…would recommend.
