This refrigerator is 20 months old and it stopped working. I use it for extra storage and when I went to put something in it I noticed some sausages were defrosted. I am quite upset as I could have lost a lot of food if I hadn't gone shopping and needed to put something in it. Fortunately I had someone who had freezer space I could use. Would not Recommend

We purchased this refrigerator for our church fellowship hall. Bought it on 10/10/2024. Freezer stopped working in April of 2026. 18 months. Of course we did not purchase the extended warranty...and now we have to replace this refrigerator due to what the repair man called a catastophic failure of the cooling system. So after a $165 repair bill and a $649 purchase...we have to start over. It WILL NOT BE A FRIGIDAIRE.

Absolute garbage fridge and company.

This is the worst purchase I've ever made at Lowe's. I bought this fridge new in March of 2024. Freezer horrible

Started out ok then had an issue with soda freezing. Called service. Replaced a few parts. Then the compressor completely iced up. They came out. Another part replaced. Then the freezer became completely covered in frost and snow. 3 more service calls. Parts replaced. Each time same issue with in a day. Finally they are picking it up tomorrow and I’m getting a GE. That’s why this refrigerator is on sale for $295 I’m guessing

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in 2/20/2025. One year and a month later 3/20/2025 the refrigerator quit, kaput, stopped running. I text Lowe’s, it was no longer under warranty.
