I need to express my utmost dissatisfaction with both the refrigerator I purchased and the customer service I have received from Lowe’s. The refrigerator has been a complete disappointment, and the return process has been an absolute nightmare. Nice Garage Fridge

Perfect for My Needs

My previous refrigerator was big and bulky, but good enough for my family when they were young. Now that they have grown, down sizing to a smaller fridge, has given me more space in my kitchen and less charge on my electric bill. It’s quiet and works beautifully. I highly recommend it.

Great second fridge/freezer for basement

We've had this refrigerator for almost a month now and so far so good, keeps drinks cold, freezer keeps things frozen. The fridge isn't too noisy - we keep it in our basement where we watch TV and haven't noticed it when watching movies and shows. It fits perfectly in the space - exactly as described. We love the black - it fits right in.

HUGE PLUS. it does maintain a very nice temperature && the fact that it comes in black makes it even better. I would definitely recommend.

Built for what we need

Our old fridge died this summer during the excessive heat and humidity - it just couldn’t keep up, even though it was in the shade. Disappointment

So disappointed in this purchase. Unit failed 72 hours in and won’t cool. Lowe’s wouldn’t return, the manufacturer is trying to find a service company to “fix” a brand new item. It’s a mess.

Only worked for the first 90 days!!!

This was delivered in May 2026 and by the first week of August is quit worker. Freezer will not get cold and everything melted and lost food. We called service, they don't have parts available to fix it. And now were told we have to wait and see if it can be used without part OR if we quality for an exchange. And of course all of these decisions on time based. Meantime we have been without a refrigerator for a month now! Do yourself a favor and find something else.

Good looking refrigerator

Great Garage/Beer Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took fifteen years of using an old 70's side by side, dealing with the excessive power consumption and heat sink in the garage before I tried this affordable, way more efficient unit. My garage is noticeably cooler, and this unit keeps my drinks at 35° all while being set way below the "recommended" setting. It should pay for itself in a year. Pretty happy so far.
