Customers overwhelmingly praise this electric cooktop for its rapid heating, intuitive side-mounted controls, and sleek glass design. Most highlight how quickly it heats and maintains consistent temperatures, while many appreciate the ergonomic knob placement that enhances safety, especially for households with children. The smooth surface is exceptionally easy to clean, with spills wiping away effortlessly. Several note the two large front burners accommodate bigger cookware well. Frigidaire radiant heat cooktop
Would RecommendI bought this cooktop with manual controls since the touch-type controls can be annoying to use. Cooktop fit fine and works well.

36” cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A Great cooktop without all the silly buttons to double click or hold down. Hopefully this one last as long as the last Frigidaire it replaced, about 25 years.

Couple of shortcomings
This cooktop is a replacement for another different brand I purchased 26 years ago. The burners are too close together and pans bump into each other. Also, the hot cooktop indicator doesn't indicate which burner or burners are hot. There should be an indicator light next to each control.

Just what I wanted
Would RecommendIt was time to do an upgrade of our kitchen appliances so naturally we chose Lowes Home Improvement to visit and make our selection. So far, we have a new refrigerator and cook stovetop, with a wall oven being the remaining appliance scheduled for installation. The Frigidaire stovetop not only looks fantastic, but it is easy to use and clean. The Lowes staff made selecting and ordering the stovetop easy, and the installation crew were pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Couldn’t be h...
