What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the dishwasher for exceptional cleaning performance and remarkably quiet operation. The eco-dry feature, which automatically opens the door to air-dry dishes, is frequently highlighted as a standout benefit delivering superior drying results without heat. Many note sparkling clean results that outperform previous expensive models. The quiet operation—described as whisper-quiet and accurate to its 49dB rating—is consistently praised, with reviewers running it at night without disturbance. Customers also appreciate the modern stainless steel design, adjustable racks, and excellent value for the price. A few report minor issues with water remaining on interior surfaces or longer wash cycles, but these concerns are far outweighed by positive feedback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not used it often, but it is as promoted: quiet, thorough cleaning, and it looks good in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the dishwasher. The lower rack configuration is different from other machines I’ve had so it’s taking a little getting used to. I will survive.

Control panel does not not operate as it should.
Would Not RecommendWorks fine, but control display does not stay lit after you close the door to start the process, so you have no idea what cycle it is in or how long remains before it is done. The only way to find out that information is to open the door while it is running, and only then will it show you that information. Not a good operational design.

Affordable Dishwasher, Cleans Dishes Really Well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dishwasher! It was an affordable option, and it cleans all of our dishes really well. I'm so glad I don't have to handwash dishes anymore. It also offers plenty of space for bigger items like cutting boards and pots and pans. We use Cascade liquid detergent and the dishes always come out clean.

Worst customer service
Would Not RecommendFrigidaire/Electrolux has the worst customer service. They are least responsive and they put you on hold for more than 20 minutes without gettting back to you. I bought this new and on opening the item out of the box, I see the front door was damaged. I should have checked during the time I picked it up....however I have never done so ever in the past having bought so many electrical appliance.

It's a fine machine at a great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 10 year old machine of another brand. This one contained all the features we were looking for, especially Energy Star compliant, quiet operation (49dB), and lower energy use (eco-dry). It works as expected with the functionality we hoped for. Long-term is yet to be assessed and, frankly, reviews were mixed. Some said this is a top long range brand, and others said it's the worst. It seems well constructed and our hope is that it w...

Not what I was hoping for really.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is loud. It won't fit many dishes. The fastest cycle is still over two hours long.
