Would RecommendBought as a replacement for previous same model failing at the 8 year mark. On one hand it outlasts the warranty and it only costs $10 on the other hand it’s not repairable, like just needed a new internal seal and feels kinda silly to completely trash it every 8 years.

Would RecommendThe top cap seal was leaking on the original fill valve so I purchased the entire mechanism and only used the top cap. It’s a quarter turn connection and it took less than a minute to replace. I couldn’t find just the top cap in the store but the entire mechanism was not expensive. Works great.
