Ratings & Reviews for FLOW Oil Rubbed Bronze Double Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer (Includes Deck Plate)

Great faucet for RV Camper SInks!

We bought this faucet for our RV camper sink. The cheap faucet which came with our unit did not extend down into the sink and we constantly got over spray onto the counter. This faucet solved the issue. Unit extends and retracts easily allowing us to use the hose to keep down into the sink thus avoiding the over spray/splashing issue.

Poor quality control

My first unit had an issue with the electronic box. I think the solenoid valve stopped working. Then less than a year later, the faucet head was stuck in the blocked position, which required replacing the entire faucet. The replacement faucet came with a bad check valve. It's been so much work taking the faucet out and replacing it. The company has been good about supporting their product, and the support staff is knowledgeable, but I shouldn't have had to get to know the support staff so w...

Great Faucet

We bought the champagne faucet, to replace our builder's kitchen faucet. The champagne color is like gold. This faucet is so much better then our builder's faucet. And, the motion senser is the best!

Amazing Flow

This is a very good product for the price. Not having to touch the handle is awesome because sometimes your hands are dirty and you want motion activated flow.

Basic, but Works

Once I pried the old hunk of garbage that clung with corroded tenacity out of my newly-purchased mildly aged home, installation was pretty straight-forward. Just make sure you have enough room under the sink on the wall to mount the "control" unit. This faucet is still going strong and looks good (with light cleaning) after 3+ years. I don't really like the position of the auto flow on-off sensor. It doesn't work very well, either. I do kind of like the function where it starts flow if you pull ...

High quality, Good looking,

I purchased this unit last week with a good discount. At first, it looks like installing this faucet is very complicated, but actually it was very easy and after watching an installation video, it took me less than an hour to install it. I hope the battery usage is not too much and I din't need to replace batteries frequently. Overall, I recommend this faucet.

Gr8 replacement, gr8 features, excellent quality

The motion automation works perfectly well in our family, very convenient, easy to use and good looking. We love the feauture of being able to pull the nozzle in/out as needed without using the motion center - extremely convenient for washing dishes and save water.

Great upgrade for our home!

We recently bought this faucet. The flow function makes it extremely convenient, and it was an easy install that didn't take too long. Would definitely buy again.

Great faucet

Our first motion faucet and we love it. Looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen.

Easy to install

Very easy to install. The battery box cover should be reworked to Latch in tighter.

Love our new motion activated kitchen faucet!

Just recently installed this faucet and love it! Smooth installation! Perfect for our new kitchen remodel! Love the touchless feature and the pull down sprayer - especially while preparing meals!

Leaks from the handle

Read other reviews about this product, from different sellers, and you'll see that my experience was common. I had a plumber install it, and another plumber check it, and both said it was the faucet that was the problem. And that part was pre-assembled, so it's not like we made an assembly error.

Keeps breaking

Our unit is about 2 years old and I’ve had to fix it at least 4 times.

easy to install

installed this on sep 2020, and was really easy to install for an average guy that do not have much plumbing skills. The only problem I had was the battery did not last long anymore after a year (like something wrong with the sensor or something 0 that, but customer service able to send replacement for free but just the hazzle of remove and reinstall but not that difficult. after replacement, I expect battery last > 3 months to a year.

Nice looking faucet

We received our faucet and installed ourselves easily, it has been working fine since installation.

Convenient

This is very convenient when your hands are full and you don't want to touch the faucet handle. Works well, easy to use. Pull down sprayer is also a convenience, works by just pulling the spray head, neato. Install was straight forward.

excellent faucet

very good looking faucet and very nice features. I definitely recommend and will buying the same brand in the future.

Great Faucet

I love this faucet. I was very frustrated by it for a while because I thought it was failing already but I discovered that the weight doesn’t always activate the sensor to shut it off. I love this faucet. Will be replacing it with another BioBidet sensor faucet when it is time.
