Ratings & Reviews for FLOW Brushed Nickel Single Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer (Includes Deck Plate)

sensitivity and battery's

My faucet activates between 4 and 5 inches from the sensor, since I have a single sink this does not work out so well when washing pots and pans. The other thing I don't like is the battery pack is hard wired to the unit and I am afraid that one time when I change the batteries I'm going to break the wires I don't know if the wires are secured inside the unit or not. the battery cover gives you a false impression of battery installation otherweise its a good faucet but not good for my single si...

Seriously "Flawed" faucet

From new to require repair in less than a week. Leaky handle turned this purchase into a nightmare. Then, after a strange process and mandatory waiver of product liability, the manufacturer sent a part to be replaced, a cartridge, without instruction on how to replace it. The true name of this product should be "Flaw" for bio-bidet deliberately selling a faulty defective product

Great features and upgraded look!!

I just purchased and installed (easily) the matte black model and what a FANTASTIC upgrade! Certainly opens up the sink area which we were in most need of.

Ingenious!

The Flow faucet provided an upgrade in every important area over the 20 year old fixture it replaced: ease of installation, dry/no drip seals, water saving flow rate, hold button on spray wand, and love/love/love the motion sensing feature!

Elegant look.

Recently, I got the kitchen of my dreams and the flow motion sensor faucet was perfect combination of look and performance. It's was easy to install and it's very accurate to the motion gestures.

Awesome faucet. Love the motion

Very nice faucet and the price was great. I read the reviews and gave it a shot. It looks and works great. I love it. I would recommend to anyone who's not sure cause brand name is not common.

Love everything about it!

Just installed this today and it exceeds my expectations. Very easy to install! Thank you for making a great product.

Nice Motion sensor; great price

I’m a pretty picky person, but this motion sensor faucet hit my expectations. Upon receiving the faucet, I notice a little notch behind the faucet head, which I normally hate, because it prevents the head from docking flush unless it’s exactly placed in the divot. However. This was not a huge issue with this faucet. The motion sensor works great, and I especially like how the water stops when you re-dock the faucet head! What a great feature. There is some getting used to using the motion senso...

Great Faucet for Modern Home

I've had this faucet for a few months now, and all I can say it's definitely worth the money. The motion sensor technology gives a futuristic tone to your kitchen as well as a modern look. It's a quality faucet that's easy to install and works great! Definitely would recommend and buy again.

Worked great until the “quick connections” leaks

Bought this faucet from Costco. Great deal. Installed it and worked flawlessly. After about 1.5 years, I noticed stuff that was wet under the sink. I investigated and found the water dribbling down the hoses coming from the sensor box with the batteries. Thankfully it’s a slow leak and I placed a bowl to catch the water for the time being. Also noticed that the top quick connection on the box is also wet. Not sure why a “quick connection” is used especially it’s just cheap plastic. A nut would...

Over all quite nice but for one mechanical issue

Bought this about a month ago and quite excited about it - however, the nozzle is lose and keeps rotating to a new found posiition depending on the hose - we would like to use it on the right sink as a standard place but it keeps rotating to the left sink; we adjusted the hose a little bit but it has its own position rather than where you want it to be.

Like the touchless flow

I like having the touch less but it doesn’t have near as much flow coming out as my old faucet. The hose is smaller so less flow.

Great Faucet

I recently installed my new faucet and it works like a charm! Very nice having the sensor to turn the faucet on and off!

love mine.

I love mine. Had to order two more, Home depot. The price was good, easy to install. After I had mine for a while my brothers friend want one for his girl friend. Then One of my brother wanted one. We are all happy with them. Only problem is handle needed to be replaced. Make a call, sent right out.

Read this before you buy a high end faucet

This is a highly functional, affordable, and ergonomic kitchen faucet. My husband and father in-law just installed it tonight, and I am so pleased with it. I love the sensor that activates the faucet (I'm thinking sticky hands from making pasta), and the automatic spray when the hose is pulled. They are luxuries, without the luxury price tag. This was very affordable compared to other well known brands, and the design is sleek and works perfectly with our updated kitchen. Highly recommend!

Very Helpful

Was a little skeptical at first about the motion sensor, as we've never had our own before, but it is amazing once you get the hang of it. So convenient. And love the faucet in general. I'm no plumber, but was still able to install it myself, so that was great too! Nice quality!

Just GREAT

I just bought it a couple of days back and it has been working like a charm I loved it. Really recommend it.

Great value

I bought it a few years ago for a project that got put aside. Now the time came to put it in and it was very easy to install except for the mounting nut which was a strange shape. I did not see the need for this shape as there was nothing going through the semi circle. That being said, it works flawlessly!

One of the best decisions to buy a sensored faucet

It looks very sleek and comes in handy when cooking. You don't have to touch the faucet, just put your hand near the sensor and the water is on! It saves a lot of water as well - when you leave it on for too long, it shuts off after 3 minutes. It's also very helpful when it comes to cleaning the sink, the cord pulls out, and you can clean the surrounding. Once you let go, it pops back into its place and the water automatically shuts off. The stronger mode helps to get the dirt off better. Only n...

Easy install and works great

I'm hearing disabled and have flooded my kitchen numerous times by leaving the faucet running, getting distracted and don't hear the water still running. The auto shut off is a great feature. I do all my own mechanics and always coming to the sink with dirty hands - so the motion sensor off and on is great.
