Ratings & Reviews for FLOW Chrome Single Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer (Includes Deck Plate)

Manuals are deficient

Inherited this with home purchase. Water flow keeps cutting out. No troubleshooting hints.

Great Features!

I installed this faucet yesterday (8-24-21), very easy to do and the instructions are easy to follow. Since I've been using it, I love the hands-free features, quality, and look. I would recommend this product to others.

Great Quality and Features

Just bought this few days ago, and already fell in love with it. It works so smooth and well designed.

love my faucet

i'm loving the features of this faucet. it was pretty straight forward to install with well written instructions. the only fault I could find is that the water connections were about 2" too short, but that was the fault of the plumber who installed the sink.

Best Product

I purchased this Flow Faucet 2 months ago. Now I am so happy with this product.

Best Kitchen Faucet

I ordered my kitchen faucet a couple of weeks ago. It came when promised and it was package really well. Installation was a breeze once I got the old unit off. Love the clean simple lines snd no more nasty faucet to clean because of sticky hands. The pull down feature works really well to clean and rinse dishes and it goes back into place neatly and smoothly every time. Love it!

Great Look, Great Work

Bought this motion sensor for a CA lake house where water is very pricey and hoped the sensor would reduce our water usage. Works great and surprises our guests!

great product

I bought it 3 times for my 3 houses. I so get used it that as soon as I moved into a new house, I need to replace the kitchen faucet with this one. The motion sensor is a great feature that we haven't had any problem activating it, it is also a great feature for the house to be sold quickly

First motion sensor Faucet

This is our first motion sensor faucet. Quite impressed with it so far. It Takes a little getting used to, but, I like it. Pretty easy to install with all the hoses preconnected. (Connecting hoses under the sink isn't easy) Would definitely recommend.

Love, love, love this faucet

Not only does it work very well, it looks great and love the non touch automatically on and off. Please, please make this same faucet in bathroom faucets, I would love this quality in my bathrooms also

Great water pressure horrible handle design

I installed this faucet 2 weeks ago, replacing another touchless faucet that had very little water pressure. Install was simple, easy to do since what I was replacing was a mirror image of what I was installing. It took my old faucet 90 seconds for a gallon of water, the amout of water this BioBidet faucet puts out is incredible. Now on to the bad side, the handle. If you want straight hot or cold water, it's not a simple push back or pull forward for temperature change. If you want hot wat...

Great Motion Sense but Leaks

I have been really pretty pleased with the faucet except for the leaking from the handle. It’s not an overwhelming leak but water leaks cause damage so I am disappointed with the faucets ability to contain the water. You get what it pay for I suppose. If this defect was remedied the faucet would be excellent!

Awesome!

This is a great Faucet! Easy to install and love the hands free on/off! Highly recommend!

Wow

Very nice and good faucet , will buy it again for my other home!,,,

Easy installation and works great

Everything was pretty easy to install and it works like a champ. I only wish it had an option to tighten it down a little more. Other than that it does everything that I would hope for.

Hitech faucet

I was skeptical about any touchless faucet. I took a chance with this and let me tell you, best faucet I have ever bought.

Worked Great for 3 Months

Worked flawlessly for first three months and then had to change batteries. Would then turn off and on erratically. Was sent a new black box which did the same thing 1 week later. 2nd response was to reboot the system. Worked for a few hours then back to erratic behavior. 3 inquiry as to how to get refund or replacement was ignored. You be the consumer on this one...

Love the upgrade

We had a manual operated faucet with a pull out spray head. It was nice, but having to touch it while preparing food was unsanitary and wasted a lot of water. We love this new touchless faucet. It was easy to install and has worked flawlessly.
