Ratings & Reviews for FLOW Chrome Single Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer (Includes Deck Plate)

so easy to use

I got this for a Christmas present and I love it! So easy to use

Easy to use

The features of this faucet out-ways the use of the previous faucet. The previous faucet was a Delta that had little water pressure. I had the city come out to check the water pressure at the road and he said we had maximum pressure and to replace the faucet (bad faucet). Pro, this unit was easy to install and the water pressure increased noticeably. Con, the censor on this unit is to sensitive and the water comes on when light changes (just walking by). The fix to this issue (keep the water off...

Great product

Had it for a week and so far so good The step by step pictures and instructions make the work easy.

Great features and easy to use.

I just bought this faucet two weeks ago, it was easy to install and easy to set up. I love being able to just wave my hand in front of the faucet when my hands are covered in food or dirt and not having to transfer any of it onto the handle of the faucet. Also, love how the temperature of the water can be set so when it is turned on it is the same all the time.

Great faucet!

We love this faucet. It was easy to install, looks great and works just as expected. Overall a great buy.

Good investment.

I installed it two months ago and it looks gorgeous.

Broken censor; manual knob stuck!

When it works properly it’s great! However the motion censor stopped working. It turns on but goes off by it self while I’m rinsing dishes etc. I tried to fix by changing batteries. That didn’t work. It still clicks off. After a very frustrating time I decided to use the manual operation but I can’t turn the knob to turn off the motion censor. This is very frustrating. I have to trick the system by placing an object in front of the censor while using it. I wish there was a troubleshooting pa...

Yes

The package came on time . It took 30 min to install and we love it

good quality, easy to install

A sturdy, nicely built kitchen faucet. Initially we had a little doubt on the sensor function but then we are very satisfied with it, no more water dripping around the faucet handle, less wipe clean! Very easy to install it, description in the manual is clear and straightforward, only one thing I wish could be better is to include a bigger o-ring/washer to be used over the counter, if the purpose of this o-ring is to prevent water leaks from the top to rubber gasket.

Fabulous

Should have purchased this faucet sooner than we did! It is working flawlessly. Was actually more difficult to remove my old faucet, than to install the new touchless faucet. No more worries about bacteria on the handle from dirty hands. Works like a charm.

Great features

I bought this product 2 years ago and working like new. no issues at all.

Ideal and great features

Bought this at Costco and it was a great value and ideal for our kitchen renovation. Great features and looks great and sleek.

Great Looking and Functional

This is a great looking and functional faucet. The one thing that surprised me about it was the beauty plate is very cheaply made and the rest of it was not.

Nice product with good service

I bought the Flow faucet in July 2018 and had it installed. It looks & works great, but recently, a small leak started by the handle. I called their number 847-458-2334, spoke with a gentleman who explained the problem with the cartridge and set me up with a new cartridge. Thanks, and great service!

BioBidet Faucet

Products works well, easy to assemble. Looks as pictured, perfect for the kitchen, shiny. Had to contact manufacturer directly for missing part and they had it shipped the same day and it arrived quickly without any problems. Great customer service through BioBidet Co. Lowe's could not assist since it was an online purchase from Lowe's. Has many neat features, we can't imagine not having one now. No problems so far. I recommend this product. These opinions are 100% my own for review purposes.

Looks and works beautifully!

First, it took me less time to install this faucet than it did to remove the old one. Great design. Beautiful looks. Works perfectly.

Smart Sensor

I installed and have been using for about a month now. Sensor is nicely located and does not turn off/on unintentionally while washing a dish and automatically goes off when faucet is retracted back into holder.

Flow 700 Great Faucet

Great functionality, doable self-install. Highly Recommend.

Good Product - Control box is a bit fragile.

We bought two of these faucets for our home. Installation was a breeze and love the functionality. But a couple of months in we turned the knob of the control box to disable the faucet and it broke off. I would expect a bit better quality for the price paid. The faucet still functions but the sensor no longer works because of the broken piece. We'll be more careful with the faucet that is still working.

new nice faucet
