Very convenient

Good quality product. More clear step by step Installation guidelines with more explicit figure illustration specific to the exact model would be helpful. I had to find a few online videos to help out. However, once it was installed, it looked very nice and worked like a charm.

Great until it stops

I've had this faucet for almost 4 years. The battery life is great and the no-touch feature is great. However, this is now the second time that the "black box" that controls the no-touch sensor's water flow has quit. You shouldn't have to replace the main selling feature of the faucet every two years (the last replacement was Dec. 2024).

Excellent Choice & Value!

I purchased the Flow Model UB7000BN Brushed Nickel Touchless Faucet to replace a very old low profile Moen kitchen faucet that I really didn't like that came with my house. They sent the wrong faucet.

Ordered and then decided to cancel (but couldn't do to "home delivery" which they never tell you). Read too many reviews that referenced the battery issue. Returned as soon as I could. And it does not "come with the base plate." That ships separately.

Great Faucet!

Love the design and the sensor for this for just quick rinses. Feels very sturdy and well made. Instructions were easy to understand and If you take a long time to wash dishes, the sensor shuts off the water after a bit of time. I'm sure that's for just in case something trips it and you won't have a huge water bill or something

Love it!

We passed our 3 year year mark with this Flow kitchen faucet and I wouldn't go back! We've only had to replace batteries once. Great for kids at home. Will confuse visitors at first but no other cons I can think of. A plus if you can catch it on sale.

You can instal this on your own.

Was easy to install and working great. So much less water on the counter not having to turn the faucet on and off.

Spout Reach specification is wrong

Spout reach is listed at 12 inches when it's 8 inches.

I've been using this faucet for 3 years

I've been using this faucet for 3 years now and I love it. After 3 years I had an issue with corrosion build up at the battery bank but Bio Bidet customer service was great. They replaced the part under warranty and the faucet is back to working like new. I would recommend this faucet.

It works but I wish sensor was placed on side

We like the product, installation was easy. One issue - as the sensor is on the front, it turns off while doing dishes or large containers.

convinet facet

Installs just like any single handle kitchen facet except for the electric switch. Versetal in that you set the handle to desired water temp and the facet will turn on with motion or when the sprayer is pulled down. If you turn on the facet and walk away, it will turn off after a time.

I gotta say, I love my new faucet. 1) The installation was really easy. Other faucets I've done had been more time consuming, but not this. Everything was easy to do. 2) No more touching the handle.
