Ratings & Reviews for FlexStone Royale 60-in W x 36-in D x 80-in H Calcutta Gold 3.0 -Piece Glue Up Alcove Shower wall surround

Damaged

2 weeks to get it shipped, went to pick it up. The worker wheeled it out and I saw a rip in cardboard where a forklift went thru it….. stuck my hand in hole and could feel the gouges….. never left store….. then had to reorder…. Another 2 week wait and hoping it doesn’t get a fork in it!!!!

Installation

The installation was smooth and easy to do even for DIY!!

No issues company sent samples so we were able to see the actual color . came in with everything needed to install. Easy to install no issues what so ever. Will do the second bath when time comes.

No Sample, No Room For Error

I really wanted to like this surround, but it's complicated to install and they wouldn't send a sample. You'll read in their replies to comments, as I did, that people should have requested a sample if they didn't like what they got, but I asked twice over 5 weeks for a sample and they never sent it so I finally purchased. I'm still not sure what design I would have bought as I didn't receive my 3 samples as they said they would, but I don't really love the green hue of the Calcutta Gold that ...

Royale Shower Enclosure

I had my tub changed over to a walk in shower. I picked the Royale Calypso shower enclosure. It has the look of real marble. I'm so pleased with the look and safety this new shower enclosure provides.

Great shower for the diyer

Easy to install. Looks great! Always get compliments

Inspect closely before installing

There is a mark in my wall that looks like a hair got stuck in the material or a pen mark. There are trim piece that have a brown substance on the back that looks like they were used already and returned. For $1148, I expect perfection.

Flex Stone Bathroom Wall Surround

Flex stone Calacatta white bathroom walls are very good quality product with slim wall design and very good wall design and color combination.

Color not as stated or shown in store

I ordered Calacatta White because my bathroom is mostly white and gray. I checked the in-store model and it was white with gray streaks, just what i was looking for. When it was installed however, it was not white, it was more off-white or dirty white. Which does not look good next to white floor, Very Dissapointed!

Shower

Affordable nice shower

Budget friendly option but quality reflects price.

Nice product and easy to work with. However i did notice the coating was already starting to seperal along a few edges. I managed to orient the pieces to be covered by the trip so it doesnt make for super confident for longevity or future products.

Broken piece

The product looks good but one of the trims was broken, which we need to finish the bathroom remodeling.

Damaged Panels

The panels we received were damaged, despite the box itself having no visual damage (so I doubt it was the fault of the delivery driver). The damage to the side panels is OK if a bit frustrating; we can cut the damaged length off since our shower isn't too deep, but not so with the back panel. The back panel has just enough damaged (what appear to be crushed) acrylic that we can't cut it all off. It's along the vertical sides as well, so we're going to have to hope that the side panels cover en...

Material a little thinner then kohler prod

Arrived when stated, fairly easy assemble.

Shower Enclosure

Product received was not what I thought I ordered and paid for. "Flexstone" Product was very thin foam sheets that what looked like cheap contact paper on it. No way I would install that Product in my home. Cheap, tacky, inferior material. It was picked up 06/14/2025 for return by 2 Lowe's employees. I will now shop locally where I can actually touch what I purchase before on site delivery. BTW, it's unfortunate that most of your crew members have no idea what they are selling. All most of them...

This product is top of the line

This was our first experience installing Flexstone and it went very well. We took a lot of time leveling our concrete board, using shims on the studs. The only advice we have is to remember to check that the wall is plumb as well as level. Also, you should know that the product comes with silicone caulk and adhesive, which was an awesome bonus. It also comes with one corner shelf.
