What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this oak transition piece for creating seamless, invisible transitions between different flooring types and heights. The solid oak construction is widely appreciated for its durability, natural appearance, and premium feel that blends with existing floors. Most find installation straightforward using adhesive or minimal nailing, and many value that it can be stained or painted to match perfectly. A few note the thin profile may not suit larger height differences, and some mention minor splintering when cutting. Overall, reviewers consider it an ideal finishing touch for flooring projects.

Great husband-wife team installers!!!!
After putting the very nice young man in flooring with the installers (who were exceptional) on the phone together to make sure the correct transition piece was ordered - when installers arrived from Camas Valley, it was not the correct item. The installers then drove back into town - 25 miles back to Roseburg and I met them there to try to get correct item and color. The installers indicated they were not paid by Lowes to come back to my house after the wrong items was delivered. This is n...

1 in. oak wood floor to LVP transition moulding
Would RecommendI had a difficult time locating a transition moulding for a 1in. oak wood floor to LVP floor but found the solution at Lowe’s. This moulding was perfect and I stained it with a Minwax water based custom mix.

Ready-to-use threshold was a perfect fit
Would RecommendThis solid wood trim threshold was the perfect size, shape and color even though we did stain it to match the kitchen flooring that was just installed. I needed a piece that could accomodate a difference in height between floors and the notched cutout was just the perfect offset. This ready-to-use piece saved me so much effort from trying to use a router which meant I would have had to buy a router stand to invert my router, buying a new bit, and make a jig to perform the notched edge along a 78...
