Easy to apply and works as advertised......so far so good.
Broken and bad condition
Would Not RecommendI received this product in very bad condition and now I have to bring it back to the store to start the return but when you buy on-line is because you don't have time to stop by to the store. The black spots you see on the picture #2 is the product melted.

Helped waterproof the garage.
Would RecommendI sealed the pvc strips with this to help waterproof the garage during heavy bouts of rain. It covers great. Sometimes consider using two coats instead of throwing too much on it with one coat. I guess just follow instructions. I do recommend this product. It's a little pricey but does a good job.
