Ratings & Reviews for Flex Paste 9-fl oz Clear Paste Waterproof Rubberized Coating
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the product for reliably stopping leaks across gutters, bathtubs, RV roofs, and pipes, with many noting it works as advertised and remains flexible even in freezing temperatures or intense sun. However, a substantial portion report receiving hardened or partially cured containers, making them unusable despite unopened packaging. Those who successfully applied it find it easy on flat surfaces and appreciate its waterproofing and clear drying, though some struggle with messiness on vertical areas and quick drying once opened. Overall, most customers value its leak-sealing performance, but product consistency issues significantly undermine satisfaction for many.

Flex Paste -
Would Not RecommendThe Flex Paste 8.75oz container was received in new condition unopened and sealed. Yet only a very small amount in the very center of container was usable. This product is not shelf stable. Do not buy this product! Lowes will not respond when you request a replacement or return.

Great adhesive/sealant
Would RecommendAwesome product! Works great as an adhesive as well as sealing whatever gap you’re filling. Can be a little messy but worth the cleanup.
Trust it

Flexible and waterproofing!
Would RecommendLoved the flexibility of the “goop” as it is useful for many things. I used it to plug flower pot holes to make them into bird baths with solar fountains.
Great for convertible top repair!
Would RecommendI like the product for its adhesive and flexible properties. I used it to repair an automobile convertible too that had ripped at the seam. I quickly was able to close the seam opening and went ahead and resealed the back window at the same time. After curing, it works better than I imagined. Great product.
Precision application
Would RecommendI liked that it's in a tube making it easier for precision application. Stopped leak.

Works well
Would RecommendFast drying
Best or the flex seal products
Would Not RecommendProduct is very thick and sticky, wear gloves, fills in gaps really well. Not too impressed with the flex seal, but the paste is great.
Thick
This product is very thick. It has to be applied with a putty knife. I’m hoping it does what it claims. So far so good!

Flex Paste un-usable
Would Not RecommendReceived in a timely manner and in sealed perfect condition. Seems it has been in stock at Lowes and has expired. The canister was nearly completely dried up. There was a small spot in the middle of the canister that was still soft enough to use.
