no customer service
Would Not Recommendbought a set and extended warranty. now three months later my Sawzall is down and nobody in customer service will help me. I would never recommend this product.
Hard working durable tools
Would RecommendLots of power, batteries last a long time and easy to see charge on them. These are tough tools that get the job done. Raced my bosses makita gear and they were about neck and neck with the 2.5Ah battery. Can only imagine how well the larger batteries and the stacked batteries do. Good Job FLEX on making a great set of tools.

Great tools!!!
Would RecommendThis set is great I’ve been rebuilding a house and this set is a God send its price and quality far exceeds the competition. I also use the impact as my main drill for HVAC work and it’s been a great impact with the malco flip bit. Power wise all these tools exceed expectations.
