What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the radio's clear sound quality, reliable Bluetooth connectivity, and rugged, durable build ideal for job sites. Many appreciate its lightweight, compact design and note the audio remains crisp even at higher volumes. However, some express concerns about insufficient maximum volume for noisy environments and ineffective bass performance, describing the sound as tinny. A few mention minor usability issues like difficult battery compartment access and dim displays. Overall, most customers consider it a dependable, portable option despite volume limitations.

Worst flex product
Would Not RecommendUnless you are in a quiet workplace this is the worst choice for a job site sound system. I love my flex tools but this is a slap in the face there is no way this was ever tested in a work environment at the time I'm doing my review it's got a 4 star on lowes and 3 or lower everywhere else hopefully I can save someone else from making the purchase

Not worth $120 in my opinion
I found this on Clearance at my local Lowes for $35. Had I paid full retail for it, I would be VERY upset. It's an "OK" Bluetooth radio, but audio is definitely not the greatest, neither is the volume/loudness. Sounds like a K-mart radio to be honest. At $35, I feel I got my money's worth, but it's definitely not worth over $100 in my opinion. I should also add, this is the ONLY Flex 24v tool that I am not 100% satisfied with. Hope the new version is a lot better, but at $300 it BETTER be!
