Tool Great. Warranty Service not so much
Would RecommendThis is a great tool, however the warranty service is less than perfect. To get warranty service you have to call in, as you can't do it on-line. Often there is an extended wait period. Flex is supposed to provide a return label to mail the damaged tool back in, but doesn't . EVER. No way to contact by email, so to re-request the return label, you have to call in, and wait out the long hold period.
