This was a first gen package that is no longer available. Glad I snagged one while I could.

Quick Eject not so good

Although this Flex model was more expensive, it had the quick eject feature which I thought made it worth the higher cost. However, the Quick Eject doesn't work well, and seem a bit inconvenient to use. It also doesn't allow you to insert the bit without using the Quick Eject button which doesn't make sense. So it's supposedly Quick Eject, but not Quick Insert like some other brand impact drivers. If not for this issue, I would have given it 5 stars.

Great impact

I like it so far. Haven’t had many opportunities to use it. I got this to replace the basic impact that came in the combo kit. I do have the same issue with this one tho. Quick eject is nice but it would be nice if the bit slid into the chuck without me having to engage it. Other impacts I’ve had slide it in and go. Other than that I love it.

Old Boards Never Stood a Chance

I had to upgrade after dealing with 40 year old headers in an attic. Lots of torque in this thing which was perfect for needing to speed up the attic time. Also I can press button to change bits. You think it’s dumb until you use one for the first time. It’s awesome!

Daily Workhorse Impact Driver

Excellent impact driver and battery. I use this daily and it has never failed me. The stacked‑lithium kit delivers serious power, fast bit changes, and long runtime. There hasn’t been a single task it couldn’t handle.

I love the tool however it's a little too aggressive and the variable speed is too touchy.

Great compact impact driver!

I love the features it has! quick eject button makes it super quick to swap bits, and the 3 torque setting and 2 self tap settings make it so much easier to get the right power without have to be so delicate with the pressure you put on the trigger. Definitely helps out with not stripping out screw holes. Great product and design!

Mostly great!

I mostly love this tool, but the trigger is horrendous! I own 4 of them & they are all the same. They randomly, yet frequently, have a dead spot. It's like it temporarily goes to sleep. This is not in between uses. Happens frequently while trying to feather in a screw. Would be an easy 5 star if the trigger was dependable.

Almost perfect..

This kit should of came with the 2ah stacked, but the 6ah is probably the best battery ive ever encountered. I cannot kill this thing, throwing in the fan, impact wrench, and back to the quick eject. The quick eject lives up to the hype the only flaw is the trigger. It honestly upsets me how bad the response on the trigger they designed. Perhaps ive been spoiled coming from Dewalt on the 887/845/870, but man it really upsets me how its not a variable trigger. Hopefully the next gen implements th...
