Heavy, Duty Drill

This thing is heavy and heavy duty, used for hard work and it doesn’t flinch. Battery won’t charge past 3 out of 4 blinking lights. Not sure if it’s the charger or the battery but one of them is not the best.

Durable and up to the task

One of the best tools in my shop. Strong enough to do what broke another brand.

Good and bad

Drill works good haven’t put it under a bind but does everything I need with no issues. Batteries work good but started leaking black stuff out and then stopped working got one replace with no issues the second one just started acting up so will be doing warranty call soon.

Like cutting through butter.

Got to use this drill on a recent project that included drilling holes in steel piping and 4x4 and 2x4's. It cut through everything with relative ease.

Good Quality Drill with a lot of value

I bought this drill on sale over the summer to replace an old Dewalt Drill which was out of date and using old technology. It was cheaper to replace with something new rather than invest in old batteries. It came highly rated by Consumer Reports. I'm glad I did. This seems a lot more powerful and holds its charge well. Quick charge helps. The charger is loud but works well. Its heavy but not unmanagable.

Powerful Beast

The drill has done everything that I’ve needed building cages for off roading. From coping tube to drilling hole in steel it’s been a beast!

great tools but unreliable.

bought this one month ago loved the tools very much. but 2 days ago the hammer drill chuck malfunctioned and now doesnt tighten down. i will be returning for my money back. great tools but very unreliable been working as electrician and never seen a power tool break on the job. guess theres a first for everything.

Bad to worse

So far not good. I opened my brand new package only to find the 5amp battery leaking black fluid. Apparently I’m not the only person either as I bought the drill battery combo package despite other reviewers having the same issue. No word from flex regarding any recourse. I still have the chemical burn from the battery, no one expects to have to wear gloves when opening a new item. Hope flex does better than this.
