Disappointing durability
Would Not RecommendUnder fairly light use on some thinner rose bush branches, the pruners now won't reopen. I'm not sure if there was a spring inside that has come loose or what, but I have to manually re-open them each time I want to make a cut. Frustrating.

People pass the buck
I never received the hand pruner even though they claimed it was delivered. I phoned Lowe's and they ended up giving me the number to FedEX. FedEX was no help at all so next time, I won't be ordering on line from Lowe's.
