What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this bow saw for exceptional cutting performance and outstanding value. Most highlight its ability to effortlessly cut through three- to four-inch branches and small trees, describing it as fast and efficient. Many emphasize the remarkable affordability—often under ten dollars—with strong approval of the cost-to-performance ratio. Reviewers appreciate its lightweight, compact design, convenient blade cover, and appeal as a non-electric, non-gas alternative. A few report occasional blade quality concerns or difficulty maneuvering in tight spaces, but these minor issues are vastly outweighed by widespread satisfaction and strong recommendations.

Would RecommendGood old bow saws like this just can't be beat for all around yard and camping use. I have used this one to trim the length on pine 4 x 4's by hand, cut down shrubs and limbs from trees. It works well and seems to be of generally good quality, for the price. Let me make a note here the average home user will most likely get years and years of use out of it, if they take care of it. If you a a bit old school like me you might notice the blade retaining pin on the front seems cheep but that could...

Great saw
Would RecommendI bought this saw to trim some limbs off of my trees, I did not know about the quality of the saw for such a low price, let me tell you-it works great. You won't be disapointed, I wish I had one of these years ago.

Broke with first use
Would Not RecommendI cut 2 tree limbs, both around 3-4 inches in diameter, and the blade snapped off it's hinge on the second limb. Spend a little more for something better quality.
Junk
Would Not RecommendI replaced an older saw with this Fisksrs Bow Saw. I threw it in the trash within the first 10 minutes of use. The blade kept repeatedly popping out mid stroke and I tried to put it back together several times only to have it pop out within 2 or 3 full strokes. Dont waste your time or money. Been using bow saws all spring long and this one is truly junk.
Great Tree Saw
Would RecommendI bought this about a year and a half ago, and have used it quite a bit to prune trees and remove dead limbs, some fairly large. This is a great saw.
Fast and efficient
Would RecommendA bow saw is an ideal tool when pruning weedy junipers on my property. Doesn't clog with pitch, cuts quickly and easily. Along with a pole saw for high branches and Japanese-style folding saw for finer pruning, a bow saw is an essential element in any arsenal of tree-pruning tools.
