Transplanter

A neighbor offered to give me some daffodils free for the taking. Knowing that my late wife would have gladly accepted, I said yes and thank you. The transplant tool made the task easy-peasy. Of course, when I got home with my purchase, I found the one I knew I had hiding in plain sight. Oh well! Never hurts to have an extra. Glad I bought it.

I like the sturdiness of the small shovel and the way the sharp tip can break up dirt that can be clustered together.

I had a plant that I needed to put into new soil; the shape that is more narrow and sharp made it was easy break through the old soil that can get dense and compacted, and the narrowness was great for the smaller sized pot. I really like the transplanter the long sharp shovel let's you dig deep so you can get your plant really down in the dirt. I didn't receive the metal one mine was a very hard plastic but it works great. The handle is long enough so your hand isn't slipping off. The price seems to be reasonable for what you are getting. I will be purchasing more gardening tools from this company!

It feels very sturdy and the handle is comfortable to hold, even during linger planting sessions. The poimted blade makes it easy to dog into tough soil and transplant small.
