Ergonomic handle - think again
Would Not RecommendI was a bit suspicious of the shape of the handle when I saw this in Lowe's. I was in need of a trowel straight away so I dismissed the seemingly strange taper of the handle and went ahead and purchased. This may be suitable for grandma digging in her window boxes but as an in-the-real-earth digging trowel, this is bogus. The handle tapers to a very narrow end and when attempting to dig into anything somewhat firm (like garden soil), the trowel will slide up rather than penetrating the earth....
