Would RecommendBest generator for the money, this machine is versatile and the big wheels make it easier to get in place. I love the runtime so it provides stable energy when I need it. I really like the fuel choices, it stores better. Easy starting with the battery but the pull start is great back up.

Great Choice!
Best purchase from Lowe’s! This generator surpassed expectations for camper use. Tri-fuel operational with an additional 50 amp port, well worth the price!

Awesome features at a great price!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of power and I love the option for natural gas and propane. Was very easy to get running. Added the oil provided and connected the battery. Filled the tank with gasoline and it fired right up. Very pleased with my purchase

Tore up box
Upon delivery the box was tore up pretty good. Looks to be dropped and has just been settin in all different directly (not right side up) so hopefully once it reaches its final destination it will not be be tore up and function as it should and still look new given it is a brand new generator. 2 stars based off of delivery at this moment.

Would Not RecommendLess than 7 hours and already needs repairs. Was looking forward to a reliable generator. Turns out this is not the one.

I’m glad I bought it. Great value
Would RecommendRuns my entire house on natural gas. Well built, runs well, it is loud, relatively easy to move with the provided handle and wheels, the cover seems to be good quality, the tri-fuel is the reason I bought it, starts easy.

Shop power
Would RecommendWe bought this unit to have backup power to our home and to power my offroad shop while out was being built. I have run my vehicle lift, air compressor, and welders. I have close to 100 hours on it with no more than oil changes. It has powered the house through a transfer switch during storms and allowed me to work on my shop until I could get main power set up. It is heavy and loud, but very reliable. Have run on propane and gas with no issues. The electric start has been perfect, no issues. C...

FIRMAN BUYER BEWARE
Would Not RecommendUnit came with a faulty/incorrect fuel cap - Firman closed my support case, 5mo later they say they are sending a replacement. I’m waiting. If not for this issue, perhaps it’s a good product. Firman failed here.
We’re sorry, and we understand your frustration. Waiting five months for a replacement fuel cap is not the level of service we expect to provide, and... Read More

Will Not Run
I bought this generator and it has never run. I called the help line listed on the generator and stated that there was no spark. They wanted to send me a spark plug under warranty. I told them that the problem was further up stream, that there was no spark going to the spark plug and the representative could not help. I have an expensive 250 lbs paper weight.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience—that’s definitely not the kind of performance we expect from our generators. A no-spark condition can come ... Read More
