Would Not RecommendI had this generator for about two months and it started to get a knock in the lower part of the engine. Did all oil changes per the manual. Contacted customer support and they gave me a bunch of excuses. Ended up getting them to approve service under warranty. Took it in and the service guy discovered what appeared to be the lower connecting rod bearing which had broken apart. This took about 4 weeks. Firman finally approved a replacement generator which was supposed to ship out 2 weeks...
Auto start was awesome no pulling a cord convenient tools to change the oil 30amp cord included
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this generator when my power went out during the natural disaster that happened in Indiana this generator worked flawlessly no hiccups just ran like a dream did two oil changes first one around 25 hours and the second one around 60 ran it for 70 hours worth every penny spent you can put your trust in this generator

Firman generators fall apart right out of the box.
Would Not RecommendI assembled my Firman generator and it initially ran fine for about 15 minutes. That was just a test. However, the next time I tried to start it, the generator was dead because the starter solenoid didn't work and a fuse blew. This is after running for only 15 minutes. Additionally, the customer service person had a terrible attitude and was far more concerned with denying warranty coverage rather than caring that their product started falling apart when it was barely out of the box. Well Built and Powerful Generator
