Great product and customer support
Would RecommendPurchased a Firman T07573 tri-fuel generator with the intended purpose of using it for backup power for my house with a 3 ton A/C (A/C has a soft start module installed). The generator required basic assembly and was quick and simple. Supplied the generator with natural gas and the generator succesfully ran the A/C and other appliances. The unit started easily with both electric start and manual pull start. Did have a concern with one of the components that appeared to be damaged during shipping...

I'm glad I opted for the Firman tri-fuel generator
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy put together and started on second pull and then within 2 seconds using electric start. On gasoline it powers my house and shop on an average NW winter day (~ 45 degrees). I look forward to setting up the NG tap at my shop to see how it performs. I also have some summer uses planned for remote projects.

Would RecommendI finally purchased this generator during a significant weather event in my area. While I purchased specifically because we were enduring an extended power outage I had done months of research before purchasing. I noticed one of the huge complaints was about the THD of these generators. I'm here to tell you I did not experience those issues at all. I had this unit setup in 15 minutes out of the box. I put the wheel kit on, put some oil in it and connected it to my natural gas supply. Started rig...
