Fan started making loud sounds

I bought these fans for the new home we moved in . I liked the air flow from these fans but after like 9 months the fans started making loud sounds as if the fan will break and fall . I tried stopping and restarting but that does not work. I called Lowe’s and they said that call manufacturer . I sent an email and no response . I have 2 of these fans and 1 is hardly used but they are not good quality . I never write reviews but I am forced to do that this time .

Install terrible poor design- hard to actually screw things in, omitted important step that caused to have to remove entire unit down.

Poor customer service, not for sloped ceilings

I have 1 fanimation fan and liked it as it seems to be build well and out of nice parts. bought 7 recently for a new house. i have 10 degree sloped ceilings on the second floor. this model says it is ok up to 19 degree slope. well that is not true. they do not hang level. i called customer service, sent in pics, got one reply via email weeks later telling me i need the $100 sloped ceiling kits. i replied back saying i should not need that per the manual. no reply after several weeks. also the c...

4 out of 5 fans motors blew in the first year

Very time consuming install with touchy remote control settings . Motors are faulty with warranty not worth it. All of our fanimation fans have stopped working with no cause. I will never recommend this brand to anyone.

One thing to remember, program dimmer first

The product is easy to install, it moves a great deal of air.

Fantastic Fan with quite the looks

It actually looks better in my home then it did in the store and it looked pretty good in the store… Very easily assembled but does take about 2 hours if you’re a novice like me… Works great and love the features… It’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s running…

TERRIBLE AIR FLOW

WORTHLESS FOR THE AMOUNT SPENT ON THE 72" BLADE. HAD TO RETURN IT DUE TO LACK OF AIR FLOW, COMES WITH THE 6' DOWN ROD WHICH DID NOTHING FOR FLOW, SO I CONTACTED THE MAKER & THEY SENT ME A 12" STILL NOTHING SO WE RETURNED IT AND WHEN WE WERE THERE ANOTHER ONE SAME EXACT WAS BEING RETURED. Best air flow I have ever seen in a ceiling fan

Remote only for operation.

Installation was more involved. There are no pull chains or switches. The unit is operated strictly from the remote after installation. That was not clearly stated in the item description. The unit works well and looks nice. Do not lose the remote.
