Would RecommendDisappointed in the quality control of manufacturer. After opening box discovered two corners of the door were damaged with one corner like it had been bumped peeling the paint and the other corner the paint bubbled. If I wasn't on a time-line I would have tried to get replacement but I had to install it. The overall unit is heavy and ladder part itself works as it should and when all closed up its flush to ceiling. Small footprint when open.

Would RecommendIt wasn't difficult to install, although I had to figure some things out on my own and use YouTube videos for help. The instructions are poor. It just shows pictures. I prefer step by step written instructions.

Would RecommendGreat stairs better than metal ones. It’s a 2 person job to install and takes 2-3 hours if you need to modify some framing. Overall great product.
