What Customers Are Saying
The product has a mixed performance, with some customers praising the attractive design and pleasant chime sound, but many reporting issues with the solar lighting functionality. A common complaint is that the solar light does not work or only stays illuminated briefly, despite being left in direct sunlight. Some customers also mention the chime breaking or falling apart easily. While the product appears visually appealing, the reliability and durability seem to be major concerns based on the reviews.

Doesn't last long.!!
Would Not RecommendWind chime sounds good, bird looks nice, but the light only lasted about a hour each night. Bird stopped shining light after 4 months. Still looks nice in the day, sounds good when wind is blowing, just NO Light at night. Disappointed..!!
Disappointing product and company
Would Not RecommendBought one, got it home to find the light doesn't work, contacted the manufacturer since they claim a 6 month warranty, was told that since the product was exclusive to Lowes they couldn't support it. Why have a 6 month warranty if you have no intent to support it. Looking on their website it is obvious they have multiple models that use the same light so they could easily make it right which they claim on their website is important for them to do. Save yourself the hassle and just buy a better...
Broken item
Would Not RecommendMy windchime was broken. It was loosely wrap in bubble wrap. Not secured.

Buy something else online
Would Not RecommendCashier charged me two dollars extra from what was listed on the tag on the entire display. I showed her the UPC code/price tag on the entire display and eventually got that reduced corrected price. It’s a hassle. And I ended up buying three additional ones at a much cheaper price online That are similar size and sound. Don’t waste your money at the store.
