Cuts plate steel with ease!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this saw to make numerous cuts through 3/16" thick steel plate for a custom modern design steel mailbox and was thoroughly impressed with the accuracy and ease that the S210CCS performed. A carpenter by trade, my takeaway was that this machine made cutting solid plate steel almost as effortless as cutting 1/4" thick MDF sheetgoods used for making cabinets!

Very powerful saw
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw to cut some 1/4” aluminum sheet. This saw performs great. Very clean cut. I bought both blades and I have cut mild steel and the finish of the cuts are amazing. The chip collection works surprisingly well.

Cuts 3/4 inch plate
Would RecommendThis saw was bought in hopes to be able to cut extremely thick plate , I wanted my lines to be as straight as possible , and with a guide and very slow travel speed I was Able to cut my 3/4 inch thick steel plate with 2 1/4 inch depth cuts and one last pass to finish! It was about 12 feet of cutting , but this saw performed great. Would recommend highly !

Ultra high quality tool
Fantastic metal saw. Cuts are clean, not much mess and its quieter than abrasive saw. Best for cuts over 3" long as the blade is set back from the base. I used it to cut 1.5" square tube but had to make an offset cut line to follow. Still worked great.

Would RecommendSaw cuts 1/2" material like butter have no complaints about the operation of the saw. The issue I have is with fit and finish. The over moulded rubber on the handle was already falling off when I un boxed it.

Works well only issue I had is that the rubber inlay on the front handle was already falling off when I unpacked it. That has no effect on how the saw operates but for the price I expected a little better fit and finish.

The saw cuts very well, even through 1/2" plate as advertised if you take your time and don't force the saw through. It cuts much faster through thinner plate (1/4") and leaves a clean edge that only requires a light grinding to soften the sharp edges on either material thickness (I haven't used the saw on any other thicknesses). The markings on the saw plate are very helpfull to locate the start of the blade cut. What I don't like is the guide is hard to lock into place without it wanting to m...

Doesn't cut long angles very well and the blade guide is hard to see. Also the blade guard gets in the way for a long angle and throws the saw in a bind
