Worth having

Saw Stand

Where has this been all my life??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great piece of equipment, packaged for easy removal and setup. instructions were clear and easy to follow. stand is very stable both in stored vertical position and when setup for use. makes moving and setup of my 65 lb dewalt much easier and it now stores vertically in a 2X2 footprint agains the wall when I'm not using it. 5 Stars!

Easy to use and very stable

I really like the pneumatic cylinder that lifts the saw into position and the easy of locking/ unlocking the stand to raise or lower it. Exceeded expectations, but one improvement idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had the evolution mitering chop saw for metal and came across this stand on social media. I was conflicted when I saw it, because I thought it was awesome, but I was also trying to save money at the time, and knew there was zero chance I wasn't going to order it. After a few weeks of use, I can say that the stand is fantastic. The only improvement that I would make would be to add a place to store the top clamp and v-blocks.

The evolution saw I have is very heavy and difficult to move. Now that it’s mounted to the stand with lift assist putting the saw away is no problem. Better function at a lower cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] quick shipping. Well designed, appropriately robust. Works great with BOSCH GCM12SD compound sliding miter saw and prefer the Evolution over offerings from other brands (and Evolution is better price!!). Support rail system could be better with actual rollers and would be fanatic if they were longer (at some point, separate stands are the way to go).

MCS Stand

Evolution Does It Again!!!

I've waited several years to purchase a portable chop saw stand and when I saw this one I purchase 2, one for my Evolution S355MCS and one for my DeWalt mitering chop saw. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality built portable chop saw stand.

well thought out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far seams like a nice stand, assembly was easy although the 2 screws that hold the one sicde leg on stripped out with hardly any pressure. they should have had a nut on the inside to recieve the bolt instead of tapping the thin tubeing. other than that it works nicely,just waiting to see how long the power assist feature keeps working

Convenient and secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mitre stand is well thought out and is easy to assemble. The saw attaches to it easily and securely. I was going to build a stand for my saw but it would have taken up more room, been less flexible, and just as expensive (I didn’t have the right type of scrap laying around) even after not taking into account my time.
