Product Good, Delivery not so much

I received the Lowe’s email at 5:23 p.m. saying that my delivery was “on the way.” I waited until 7:15 p.m. so I would be home to direct the driver where to place the mulch, especially since my driveway was recently resurfaced and I did not want the materials left there. I ultimately had to leave for about 40 minutes, and of course that was when the delivery arrived. I didn't find anything wrong with the bags I chose. They were lightweight and very easy to spread. I bought 13 bags. Great choice!!!

The product pictured is Not what we received. What we received was about 25% cedar and 75% pine. The guy on the yard said it was in a different bag which it was but was not all cedar. Our bags said: Cedar with OTHER forest products. We got 30 bags of Turmite bait!

Horrible. My car was damaged

This was a horrible experience. I placed and paid for a product / service and in return I ended up with a dent in my car. The employee that delivered the mulch to my car rammed the cart full of mulch into my tailgate and dented it. I reported it to the store manager and awaiting a call back. I will be taking this through the Lowe’s claims procedure all the way. I am so angry and frustrated by this. Totally reckless and Lowe’s needs to take responsibility.

Smells good.

I used this mulch last season. I intended to add more each year to refresh the existing. This year i bought a bag and dumped it out and it did not look the same at all. Looked like it had been shredded. Could not use it .

disappointed

It was a problem from the time I arrived at the store to pick up my order. I waited in the pick up line only to be told, when it was my turn, that I had to follow the little blue footprints back to the real pick up area. At the real pick up area I was told I had to go pick it up at another area outside with my car. I got to that area and my order wasn't ready, he had to go load it onto a cart to bring it to my car.
