Would RecommendThis is the best reacher for the money in my opinion. I primarily use it inside the house however I have taken it out in the yard for picking up sticks and other things. It is amazingly sturdy and can even pick up very small items easily. I like the hand grip and the positive feel of the trigger mechanism. You can position the clap for horizontal or vertical pickup. I recently purchased another one to give to my elderly Mother.
