Purchased this over a month ago...it leaked all the soap out. Bought new sponges for it plus another wand...leaked too

Poor purchase thumbs down

I have purchased this product for years - the replacement sponges. They used to be really good . For the past few months, the sponges fall off the base after a week or two. These are too expensive not to hold up!

Poor product

Not only does the soap pour out TOO FAST through the big hole, but the sponge detached from the wand.

Ok product, I'll stick with a regular scrub sponge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a free sample to try form 3M. It's a cool idea, however I had a few concerns with it. The sponge is hard to clean and squeeze it dry. The opening of the handle is small. I'm worried that if you don't store the sponge in the correct position, it will leak out all the liquid soap. Also, what do you do woe the sponge is old? Replace the sponge or the entire tool?

Dishwashing made easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this item! It has definitely changed the dishwashing game for me! I greatly enjoyed not having to touch filthy dishes! It is super easy to hold and use. It also holds the perfect amount of dish liquid.

Broke On Initial Opening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to open the wand to remove the packaging material, and the frame that holds the opening broke instantly, leaving this product unusable. Although the scrub pad looks like it could handle some tough jobs, and having a handle to protect my hands would be very nice to have, part of the device is so fragile that it broke at first opening. I filled the wand with dishsoap and the ease of using this is great! I can wash glasses, dishes and silverware with ease. The perfect amount of soap flows perfectly with little waste.

Nifty and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The convenience is great with this. Not only great for dishes and scrubbing them clean. I use it to clean my baseboards and moldings. Perfect to travel with too so I clean out reusable cups without worrying about having to buy something

Did not even know I needed it. But I do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I have small hands and this wand is a perfect fit. I find that with this, I am able to do a better job of cleaning pans with less effort. I really appreciate the fact that by applying a little pressure to the handle, more detergent is applied to the sponge. I have a friend who has seen me use it and is getting one hrerself. All in all, it's a good product.

Great tool, Poor packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool works well for cleaning dishes. The only drawback is that the packaging gets stuck inside the soap dispensing compartment, and I had to tear back part of the sponge to be able to get all the paper out before using it!

easy to use and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using my Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Dishwand as soon as i received it. The feature that i like the most is keeping hands dry and away from leftover food. The scrubbing strength is excellent yet non-abrasive on delicate materials. Pouring detergent into the dish wand was easy and straightforward. All in all a good household tool to have around the sink

Cleaning Wizard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This truly is one of the best 3M products on the market. I use it all the time and it's so easy my kids can use it. It doesn't leak soap out the bottom like all the other ones do. I hate when I go to use other products and end up cleaning up soap that leaked out. I use it to get the tough stains out.

It’s OK

I used to love this brand, but I find the Lieberman doesn’t break or if it does, you can see that it’s broken. I have wasted at least eight green and three blue pads not to mention so much Dawn dish soap, I fill it up within two hours it’s gone, but I cannot find any cracks whatsoever in this wand. I have gone to multiple stores trying to find the wand, but all I find is replacement pads. So for about six months, I’ve been stuck with a broken wand.

How do I put soap in the handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This might have earned a 5 star rating from me, but I had to go to you-tube to figure out how to put soap into the handle. A simple sentence of instruction would have been nice.

Good but...........

Performance was good but I wish there would be instructions on how to remove the sponge to get the label out. It took me forever to figure it out and it seems to leak a bit and I'm thinking that maybe I caused that when I was trying to figure out how to get to the cardboard label. Just a few words - "slide sponge forward to open" or something like that would be a HUGE improvement.

Poor design

I purchased this and it leaked from the screw cap end.

Not a good purchase for me.

I am very disappointed in this wand. I purchased this wand because my last wand wasn’t working well; leaking from the bottom. Well, the new wand leaks terribly. It was leaking from the start, wasting soap.

Not satisfied with the malfunction

I really like the wand but the last one I bought didn’t have a air button to push the soap into the scrubber.

Leaks

Went back to using your product after many years of using Libby only because I am having problems finding Libby refills. I stopped using Scotchbrite soap liquid pours right out of wand. I always keep wand uprite in a plastic cup on sink for ease. Your product still leaks immediately. Not very happy
