Awesome Auger
Would RecommendOnly got to use it a small handful of times given the fishing season. This auger I paired with the m18 fuel 1/2 inch hammer drill. Game changer and super lightweight tackle!

Bad set of blades.
The first time i used it i drilled two holes just fine and the third one i couldn't cut though butter with it. The blades it came with were junk. I sent Eskimo an email and they sent out a new set in a couple of days. I installed the new blades and it cut great for the rest of the winter.

Weight and durability
Would RecommendFor Ice Fishing weight and durability are crucial factors for venturing out to those far reaching spots. This auger set up is not only light but very powerful. I bought the 8inch and cut 25-40 holes through 12 inches of ice with ease. Used it on 20 plus trips this winter and it worked very well.

Nice tool but…
Nice tool but the wrong blades were on the tool. It barely cut the first time I used it. Contacted the company and they said the blades were probably bad. They sent new blades. To say the least or the most, I wasn’t happy to have to change out the blades on a new tool I just purchased.
