Would RecommendI reluctantly bought this cause I still own an old gas auger. Lugging that out was always a chore. The new pistol bit is nice and light and made life fun again getting out on the ice. Not to mention that it cuts through the ice with ease. Great product.

Would RecommendI used a Milwaukee M18 drill and it would bore a hole just as fast as a gas one, maybe even faster with its instant torque. And it's super light which I really like.
