Super Loud and No Customer Support

I purchased this product and was very excited about the look of it. I also liked that it was high power being at 400 CFM. Once installed the entire house shook. I drilled the back of it into the back wall to see if that could stop the loudness with no luck. It's like a helicopter is in my kitchen. On low you can hear it though out the house. I reached out to the company twice an no reply. It's been over a month since my last attempt at contact with them. Adding insult to injury, it's not really ...

Delay delivery and broken

Doesn't suck, does it?

Doesn't have adequate suction and doesn't extend enough for 9ft ceiling to do anything significant. And how is that 48 industry standard for major appliances is even viable?! This is not major given the price I paid but still stings/stinks. I should've listen to one of the reviews that said that the math doesn't add - so if you have 9 ft ceilings - walk away. Then again I ordered this few months out but until we had our project completed I had to push out the delivery date few times. Long story...

Will not fit a 9 foot ceiling!

My installer tried this yesterday and the math doesn't add up if you want this to go all the way to the ceiling. cooking surface 36" + max height from cooktop for vent hood 31.5"+ max height of unit 37.6". Leaves you 3" short and actually more. The stated expandable to 37.6" is the max and it is flimsy. Really disappointed as it seems to good vent,

Long Delivery Time

Hood is exactly how it appears. Just what I expected the only thing I didn't expect was how long it took to arrive (4 weeks!!!!)

Don’t buy this

There is a tremendous amount of vibration in the motor that caused a lot of noise with all three speeds. We had to return it.

Great Range Hood for Our New Outdoor Kitchen

We just had our new Emava ducted range hood installed in our new outdoor kitchen and love it! The stainless steel hood finish beautifully complements our new 30 inch LP grill head, stainless steel cabinets, drawers, and sink. The LED lights are a nice and useful feature, along with the remote. Very nice overall appearance and works great !
