Still waiting

I bought this item 2 weeks ago with installation however they only sent a team out to measure the sink. I was told I should hear something back within 48 hours to schedule the actual installation and I have not heard back from them yet. Now I have to call and explain the situations hope they are competent enough to resolve the issue

Sink baskets not up to par

The tightening rings for the sink baskets are over sized and do not thread properly to tighten basket down. I liked that this was available as a kit. Everything else is what you would expect at this price range.

buy better sink baskets

the sink is fine, the faucet is mediocre but ok but the sink baskets are garbage. they're not machined properly and will not tighten down, they just skip the thread.

Great countertop

Great countertop used it my for my second kitchen sink.

The faucet is very flimsy plastic, and the rings that go under the sink for the drains were stripped and would not tighten at all.

Sink is OK but faucet I would wish to be better. The overall purchase though is a good value.

Some parts defective

The sink and faucet appear to be fine. The sink strainers were defective. Parts of the strainers were in pieces and in general ill fitting. The flange(?) that screws in from under the sink was too large. You could tap on the flange and it would bypass the threads without screwing it on. Another part that connect the strainer to the trap was in 2 pieces

It was dented and bent upon receiving.

sink baskets are garbage

the threads on the rings and the baskets are too sloppy to hold a seal. everything else seems to be ok. actually the ring just broke on one of the baskets, it's not a good deal unless it all works.

bottom of sink not flat

never seen a sink where the bottom is not flat - strange. Can't fill up anything or it will flip over. The handle is too short.

Good deal and comes with everything

We haven't installed yet, but the reason I picked this one was because it came with the faucet, drains , and spray hose instead of having to purchase separately.

Poor quality, defective accessories

The sink itself seems fine but everything else is unbelievably poor quality. The mounting clamps don't work with a standard countertop. The strainer mounting nut threads are poorly made and cross thread. And the faucet was defective and sprayed water into the cabinet. Waste of time and money!!!
