I despise this washer

This machine was purchased because it was highly rated. I don’t understand its high praise. It has so many flaws! Regardless of which cycle I use or what type of detergent, after only a couple of months of regular use there is an odor that won’t go away. I even leave the door cracked open between washes. It also has a horrible design flaw in the front seal. It traps socks, lint, hair, and pools water. Dog hair sticks to the rubber material and doesn’t easily wipe clean. I’ve been trying washer c...

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last two washers would vibrate so badly that we couldn't place anything on top of it, it would just vibrate off. This new one from ElectroLux is so smooth and quiet we could place a dozen eggs on top with no fear of them crashing to the floor.

Just one problem

I really love the Electrolux washer. There’s only one thing about it I don’t like. The “clear door” warning. Even with nothing in the way of the door it will give me that warning and not start washing until I push cancel and restart it. I returned the first washer that was delivered hoping the next one would not do that but it’s the same problem with this one.

Replaced our Electrolux after 15 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving our new Electrolux. Our 15 year old pair was working perfectly, but we just replaced it and gave the old pair to a friend. Like the old pair, the new ones are rock solid and quiet.

Electrolux=LOVE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Elextrolux washer! There are so many options for washing cycles and the new dispenser for the Pods works great. This is our 2nd elextrolux. We had our first one for about 11 years and decided to stick with it. Would recommend!

Mostly Satisfied - Issue with Water Extraction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been pleased with our new Electrolux washer until recent development in which the washer is not thoroughly extracting out the moisture during a load. Thus, required to run washer in a separate rinse and spin cycle. Our ten year old Maytag front loading washer never had this issue until the board died. Not a good start for the Electrolux which is only six weeks old. Hope this is just a fluke, but seriously concerned.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old washer had issues with spinning out the water after the wash cycle. This one works great and my wife is a happy customer. Hopefully we will get many good years out of the new washer.

Works like a champ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our front loader Electrolux on the recommendation of our repair tech. We finally wore out our top-loader. This new washer has been incredible! It uses less water since it doesn’t fill up the whole basin and it does an excellent job spinning the load. As a result, our dryer cycles are shorter which is a big deal in our West Texas summer heat. On top of that, the washer has a clean design and easy to use interface. We love this thing!
