Light and powerful

I have a decent size yard and this trimmer is able to do it all with that small and light battery. It's light enough that I can turn it on its side and edge along cement and objects, which can take me quite a while. I often do parts of my neighbor's yard since my battery still has power to spare. I also appreciate how easy it is to feed new string. Just thread it through the two holes, make the lengths of string are even, and press the Powerload button. The string is pulled in and ready to go...

No rgrets so far.

Cuts fast and battery lasted long enough to do complere 1/3 acre lot.

Would not recommend

Probably one of the worse purchases off the Internet I’ve made. The battery and the charger were both defective and the serial number on them say they were made in 2022. You buy a new product you think it would be somewhat a new and working product, no new old stock that doesn’t work.

Shorter person wishing for adjustable pole

You have a great product, but it is difficult for EVERYONE to be able to use. We purchased this seeing the 18 pounds with the bigger battery, but it is still hard to hold and get comfortable with the pole being so skinny and long and the heavy battery. We did get the bigger battery because our lot is between a quarter and half acre. We will adapt, but I sure wish the pole was adjustable for us "height challenged" people. Love your mower so I am not giving up on this product!!

not worth the money

had it no more than a year in the spindle that winds the string in doesn't work anymore and they don't cover that I consider that defective save your money by a different brand

Very pleased

Very happy with this string trimmer. Thought I’d miss my old Stihl gas trimmer but this is do much better

Disappointed

I bought the string trimmer this summer. If I liked it, I planned to purchase the hedge trimmer attachment. I just learned that this model is not able to change attachments. I’m disappointed because the display in the store made it seem as if I could change attachments.

Everything works just fine, I only have 1 issue with this product… it’s missing the “U” shaped handle, I understand things like this happen but I would very much like to have it sent so I can use this product safely.
