Huge fan, enables me to tae down minor brush and yard chores. The "easy" loading string is amazing. Makes what I hated about string trimers as a kid go away.

Would Not RecommendI can't believe the disgraceful condition my string trimmer was delivered in. I would not buy from Lowes on line again. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning this item.

Strong trimmer but has some reliability issues
Would Not RecommendOverall this has been a good trimmer and powers through most jobs. I do have a few issues 1) the spool doesn’t always work smoothly and will require taking part and reloading the trimmer line 2) after about a year the battery will no longer charge and requires replacement. Aside from those two issues is been pretty reliable.

Would RecommendThis works great. use it on my 3/4-acre resident. bought a new one because my old one went out from so much use and out of warrantee period. I bought it five years back at my old house. I have a lot of trimming to do and go through two Batties or more each time. Also have the blower (very powerful) . Will keep buying this product.

Very good trimmer
Not as powerful as a high-end gas model but sufficient to my needs. No more concerns of fuel going bad over the winter or gas lines disintegrating due to E10 fuel. No long extension cords. The pluses way outweigh the negatives.

battery no good
Would Not Recommendthe battery and charger do not work correctly. i would like to return the 2.5 ah battery and get the larger size and charger and pay the difference

Would RecommendI've had this trimmer for about 5 years now and its a powerhouse. Use weekly for about 20 minutes and have had little to no issues.

Solid string trimmer with a fatal flaw
Would RecommendOverall, the string trimmer works well. Easy to use, easy to charge. I really appreciated the PowerLoad feature while it worked. Unfortunately, it broke after about 18 months of use. There's a part that has failed and cannot be replace without replacing the entire head. Poor design or fatal flaw?
