Good product. Handles well does as promised only concern is the cost, and the future expenses batteries are exceptionally high tough call for me to make being in an old gas man, but eventually lightweight, maneuverability and quality of the product won out

Horrible product
Would Not RecommendLine IQ technology doesn’t work. Every single time I use this weed eater it makes me loose my mind… The Line IQ technology doesn’t work so every time I run out of string I have to take 5 minutes to load it again. A 20 min job takes over 45 minutes.

Powerload feature not reliable
Purchased a couple of years ago and the power load feature has been problematic from the start. After 2 years it is not working at all. I do like the Ego line and have several of their products. This one should be avoided.
