So far, the new trimmer is working as intended. My concern is the future. My old (6 years) EGO ST1520S motor died and a new motor is not available anymore. I believe that a integral part not being available after only 6 years is a travesty. It renders a good, repairable, product to the junk pile. Very disappointing!
