Good, not great. I might be a little harsh because I have a long driveway and I really should have gotten a commercial one, but this was a gift. If it’s powder, this works great, but if it’s packed (i.e. tire tracks) it’s hard to get down to the surface. You have to put your back into it! Definitely use the shoulder strap and constantly adjust to get the right angle without overstraining your shoulders/arms. I’m not old, but also not young, and this is a work out! It Beats Shoveling by Hand
I just finished my first shoveling on a pavered patio & front door sidewalk - about 1" of fresh snow. The tool is a bit clunky due to its weight, as I expected. By the time I finished, my pants were soaked from the waist down to my boots, even with the directional turned to the max (both ways, and it wasn't very windy). Despite these inconveniences, it beats shoveling by hand. All in all, I'm satisfied.
