My power head quit working after only 30 minutes of operation. Called EGO and after all the troubleshooting it was decided it was a faulty power head. EGO sent a new one out immediately and it has been working great ever since! A plus service and so far this time around, A plus product!

Good design overall.
Glad to have purchased the carbon model just to help reduce the weight a little. Controls are good and balance is good with the battery on it. The first "complaint" I have is the design of the strap to hold the head and whatever you have mounted on it. Balance can be adjusted pretty easily but the strap is just not that comfortable and does not stay flat. The other complaint is the handle that feels fine and helps control it but the handle attachment to the pole is not very secure. The old ...
