I purchased this product just a week ago. I’ve used it three times, each after a full charge. I’m getting a total run time of 15-20 minutes on a full charge without ever using turbo mode. It then takes over an hour to recharge the battery. I had planned to purchase a model with a better rated run time, but when I tried them in the store I found that 11+ pounds is just not going to work for something dangling at the end of my arm for an extended period of time. Love the variable speed. I just set it on the lowest speed and then use the boost trigger if I need more than that. Most of the time the lowest speed is all I need. Very quiet on the low setting.
