Amazing Cutting Capability
Would RecommendNo gas. No starting issues. This saw just cuts like crazy. I got tired of maintaining my 24” Stihl MS310. It was very hard to start. I have only used this for 2 hours. The attached picture show 40 minutes of work. The battery was barely discharged. It will last longer than I ever will. I can’t wait to use it again

The best electric chainsaw
Would RecommendGot this to cut a large tree in my yard which was about 30 inch in diameter, the chain saw is 18 inch but I was able to make two cut from each side to make it possible. you know that it takes a lot of power to do that, but ego made it possible for me, thank you
A Step Up from Gas
Would RecommendI went from a Poulan Pro 18" gas saw to this, and it's so much better. No fuss starting it, stops immediately if I have to put it down, and best of all uses the same chain as my old saw. Battery has plenty of staying power for the jobs that I do.

've had the 18"with 6 amp hour battery for only 2 weeks. 7 trees felled, limbed and bucked to firewood length with the largest a 14" butt Douglas Fir. The saw used just over 60% of battery capacity for that fir. Light, easy and comfortable to use. Less vibration than a gas saw. Like any saw it's good to keep it sharp. I've worked with big gas saws all my adult life and am blown away by this little saws capability.

Better Than My Old Gas Saw
Tried the new saw. It cuts faster than my old gas 18" saw. Charging is a breeze. For medium jobs, I am sure this saw will perform well.
